Sustainability is a broad framework for operating in a way that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. It is based on three interconnected pillars (or dimensions):
Environmental: Protecting natural resources, ecosystems, and the planet's overall health, focusing on issues like climate change, pollution reduction, and biodiversity loss.
Social: Ensuring human well-being, equity, and rights, which includes promoting fair labor practices, diversity, access to healthcare and education, and strong community relationships.
Economic: Maintaining long-term economic vitality and responsible growth, which involves transparent governance, compliance, and creating prosperity without depleting essential resources or harming the other two pillars
