What is Sustainability?
It is a broad framework for operating in a way that meets the needs of the present
without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
Based on three interconnected pillars:
Environmental: Protecting natural resources, ecosystems, and the planet's overall health, focusing on issues like climate change, pollution reduction, and biodiversity loss.
Social: Ensuring human well-being, equity, and rights, which includes promoting fair labor practices, diversity, access to healthcare and education, and strong community relationships.
Economic: Maintaining long-term economic vitality and responsible growth, which involves transparent governance, compliance, and creating prosperity without depleting essential resources or harming the other two pillars

Net Impact / Colorado State University — VP Events & Marketing / Project Lead (2023–2024)
• Designed and executed sustainability-focused events: film festivals, speaker series, clothing swaps, river clean-ups, and case competitions.
• Coordinated cross-campus partnerships and managed event budgets, logistics, and promotion.
World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Washington, DC — Master Research Fellow, Sustainable Agriculture & Heirs Property Preservation (May 2024–Sep 2024)
• Researched legal, economic, and social barriers to heirs’ property resolution and developed impact-investing proposals (bridge loans, social impact bonds).
• Led stakeholder interviews and synthesized cross-sector findings into actionable, systems-level recommendations for WWF Impact and corporate partners.
• Delivered proposals addressing finance, education, outreach, technology, and policy interventions to scale title clearance for agricultural landowners.
Fort Collins Pride Inc, Fort Collins, CO — President & Executive Director (Dec 2024–Present)
• Founded and launched nonprofit: created governance, committees, policies, and operational processes.
• Fundraising & Partnerships: secured sponsorships, grants, and individual donors; raised $30K+ in launch phase of 3 months.
• Event & Program Leadership: directed production of flagship Pride event (4,000+ attendees) and managed volunteer recruitment and committees.
• Financial & Compliance Oversight: developed budgets, donor stewardship processes, and nonprofit compliance frameworks.
